Quart Cold Brew Tea
Small batch recipe for making delicious cold brewed teas to quench your thirst during the warmer months.
What You will Need:
- 12g Passenger Tea
- Filtered Water
- Quart Container
- Paper Tea Filter
- String
- Marker
Brewing Instructions:
- Dose 12g tea into paper tea filter. Tie bag tightly with string as to prevent tea from leaking out.
- Fill pitcher with 1qt (946 mL) cold filtered water.
- Place filter in pitcher, being sure the tea is fully saturated before covering and storing away in a cool place, ideally a fridge.

Label pitcher with the time brewing started and time to decant. Recommended steep times are as follows:

- Decant tea accordingly. Store in refrigerator. Serve within 3-5 days.
