Of the nine hectares that make up Richard Chuarata’s farm, about a third is currently dedicated to coffee production, generally of bourbon and typica varieties. With each member of Richard’s family playing a crucial role in the many functions of the farm, the quality in the cup is a testament to the success of their collaboration.
