Reserve Lots
Reserve Lots are are exceptional coffees, often in limited volumes, that offer an excellent representation of plant genetics, processing, or the time and place of their production.
Many of our Reserve Lots come from producers or competitions that Passenger has been supporting since our start, but some of them are one-time purchases that were simply too special to pass up. Thanks to our on-going practice of freezing all of our green (unroasted) coffee, we have the unique opportunity to curate the Reserve Lot menu with an archival, as opposed to seasonal, focus. For this reason, most Reserve Lot releases are designated by harvest year, and it is not uncommon for multiple harvests from the same producer to be offered simultaneously.
